Descrierea jobului
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄phone.
- Communicating with customers through various channels;
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests;
- Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
