Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Romanian accounting standards, the Romanian Fiscal Code and relevant tax regulations.
- Extensive experience with financial software and tools, including ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
- English – advanced level.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀and manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the ERP and compliant with applicable accounting and reporting standards.
- Lead the preparation and booking of monthly accruals and other key accounting entries.
- Ensure proper and timely preparation of the company’s financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and group accounting manual.
- Oversee the submission of declarations to regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate the annual inventory process and ensure accurate recording of results.
- Maintain a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Serve as the primary contact in relation to the external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to support audit procedures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to local management on financial matters, providing guidance and recommendations to support strategic objectives.
