Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the integrated facility management sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Drive sales efforts, including preparing and presenting proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to support organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the building maintenance or facilities management industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of integrated facility management processes and services is a plus.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
