B2B Marketing & Communications Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and/ or proven experience in the construction and real estate development market
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite it’s a plus.
Knowledge of SEO strategies and website management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join our team to help us achieve our marketing goals. As ︃​︁︃︇​︁︈︀​︆︂a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing actions to achieve clearly set objectives. You will also be responsible for designing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating communication strategies on selected channels, preparing marketing materials, and creating newsletters.


Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement marketing actions to achieve our objectives
Build and manage marketing campaigns with a focus on brand awareness
Create and update past/current/potential clients' databases
Coordinate communication strategies on selected channels, including digital, social media, and press
Prepare marketing materials concepts for catalogs, brochures, presentations, advertorials, and advertising.
Validate digital and printable layouts, including grammar and brand manual guidelines
Organize specific events, including training, customer oriented events, teambuildings and fairs
Plan and monitor lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns
Coordinate agencies, vendors, and subcontractors based on each marketing activity
Develop market research and competitor analysis.
Increase, maintain and update the company's websites to be closer to the end user, ensure a positive image of the company online and improve SEO
Create efficient newsletter campaigns
