Back office with Italian & English (Work from home)

• Medium (B2) level of Italian and medium (B2) level of English
• Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus
• Availability to work remote, full-time, in rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday
• Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues

• Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂client's ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂processes, policies and guidelines
• Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism
• Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
• Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
• Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
