- Knowledge of the use of basic control and measurement tools.
Descrierea jobului
- Performs, interprets and analyzes laboratory checks and tests according to the defined sampling;
- Collaborates in carrying out verifications and measurements in the laboratory field;
- Evaluates and records the tests in customers portal, prepares reports on the results of the tests performed and archives the documentation;
- Validates and ensures compliance with company and customer procedures and standards;
- Prepares work instructions for performing tests, and contribute to action plans for quality improvement;
- Ensures necessary resources for performing tests in optimal conditions;
- Coordinates and trains personnel regarding the use and maintenance of test devices and equipment, including related documentation;
- Support new launches by performing tests necessary to approve manufactured products;
- Prevent non-compliant products from being sent to customers, prompt notify of non-compliant products and processes;
- Contributes to the problem-solving process leading to the identification and elimination of the root causes;
- Coordinates the activity resulting from specific quality problems.
