Acquisition Administrative Specialist with English
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Acquisition Administrative Specialist with English to join our team. In this role, you will focus on streamlining the post-order process to achieve key objectives such as reducing administrative burdens, minimizing the time between order placement and goods reception and resolving disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a smooth post-order process by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and all involved parties.
Oversee the accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
Monitor the delivery status of ordered goods.
Analyze disputes related to transportation or delivered orders and propose effective resolutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
Fluency in English (B2+).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
