Descrierea jobului
1. Primary accounting (daily tasks): • invoice booking -suppliers & customers • expense reports • bank statements • general accounting (depreciation, inventory, prepaid expenses, taxes, expenses, revenues) • backup for billing to customers and issuance of goods receipt documents
2. Responsibility/ support for monthly reconciliation of accounts and for group reporting
3. Responsibility/support for monthly reconciliation of sales and purchase journals
4. Support for preparation of tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax)
5. Preparation and monthly submission of Intrastat declaration
6. Responsibility/support for annual inventory counting (fixed assets, inventory, confirmations for accounts payables/receivables)
7. Support for yearly statutory audit
8. Support for preparation of annual & half year financial statements
9. Upload and maintenance of records in group’s and company’s specific applications
10. Compliance with statutory accounting/ tax legislation, with company internal instructions and with group regulations 11. Responsibility/ support for relationship with tax office (ANAF, local tax department)
12. Responsibility/support for management of local suppliers and other occasional office administrative tasks
