ACCOUNT APPROVAL ANALYST

Your Mission:

Perform back-office activities to analyze, verify, and validate client documents, ensuring they comply with internal and external regulations. You will identify potential risks, collaborate with compliance teams to resolve account-related issues, and contribute to optimizing approval processes to ensure efficient and secure account management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing client documentation for compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Verifying the completeness and validity of KYC documents.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal norms and regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML/CFT).
• Identifying and reporting any risks or discrepancies related to accounts.
• Collaborating with compliance teams to resolve account-related issues.
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the account approval process.
• Investigating special cases that do not fall under standard procedures.
• Managing accounts that require additional analysis or documentation.
• Documenting decisions regarding the approval or rejection of accounts.
• Identifying unusual transactions or behaviors during the verification process.
• Proposing solutions to optimize verification procedures.
• Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly activity reports.
• Providing managers with information regarding team performance or encountered issues.

A little about You:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  Education: Graduate with a degree in law, economics, business administration, or finance, The Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures
  Fluent in English;
