JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Have experience within a contact center or customer service environment • Customer service oriented. • Fluent Italian (C1/C2). • Minimum one year experience in a supervisory level in Call Centre. • Strong reporting and analysis skills. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude. • Proficiency in using MS Office application.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team Coaching and Development - Develop team members through monthly coaching, the provision of on target feedback, counselling and recognition. • Team Support - Manage the Human Resource aspects of your team members including the provision of support, counselling, guidance and advice. • Customer Support - Maintain an up to date personal and team knowledge of Vodafone products and services.. • Leadership - Identify and provide recommendations and solutions to departmental issues. Participate in the preparation and implementation of operational plans.
