Your background
We imagine that you have:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing a service business in a multinational company,
- You have gained experience developing and implementing overall operating processes, ideally within the service environment,
- You have proven leadership skills, and gained experience in leading a team ideally within a service environment,
- You have a commercial mindset, so you are able to understand the business, bringing profit to the company and at the same time achieve a high customer satisfaction rate by understanding customer needs,
- You have a technology background, and you are eager to work on this field,
- You have great communication and stakeholder management skills, and you are capable of communicating with high level of the organization on a regional level,
- If you have experience in managing a workshop that would be a great plus,
- Service sales experience would be a great advantage,
- Having worked with SAP/SAPCS is a great plus.

In this position you will have the responsibility to facilitate profitable service operations by understanding the business and at the same time achieve high customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs. You will be working closely with after sales to present a rich service portfolio for our customers and at the same time will be supervising your own delivery team.
Your main responsibilities:
- You will implement the detailed service strategy and operational roadmap for your area of responsibility, supporting the agreed Regional Service Delivery strategy,
- In alignment with Service Delivery Support functions, you will ensure that the Country deploys a customer-centric and efficient delivery model and provide feed-back on service operational related KPIs and sales targets,
- Maintain, optimize, and develop the Authorised Service Partner network in alignment with after sales and Sales Divisions
- You will be responsible for short-term plans, budgets and investments plans being created and delivered within the agreed organizational frames of reference,
- You will be responsible for the Country Service Delivery Capacity Cost, efficiency, and utilization of the local workforce,
- To deliver a premium service to exceed the expectations of our customers while ensuring efficiency and added value,
- You will be responsible for developing teams of highly skilled service staff and assure proper level of competence within ASP network,
- You will build a good partnership with Sales and Service Sales Divisions, Finance and Operations throughout your area of responsibility and facilitate collaboration between Sales and Service teams, thus contributing to a positive customer experience,
- You will be responsible for implementing a price policy for service offerings and spare parts/kits in accordance with the requirements of the Sales and after sales PUs,
- It will be your task to maintain stable relationships with customers, service partners, end-users, suppliers, local communities, and other important relevant stakeholders in responsibility,
- You will create a framework within the area of responsibility that ensures systems, processes and procedures conform with the established concepts of Service Excellence and global processes and tools,
- You will be jointly responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds the appropriate employee satisfaction/motivation metrics.
