We are expanding our Action team in Romania to drive our local growth and development. We are now looking for talented and energetic colleagues to join us on this exciting journey within the Store Setup Team.
Reporting directly to the Country Lead for New Stores Setup, the Team Lead is managing a team of 9 individuals: a Deputy Team Lead and eight individual contributors.
The Team main focus is to coordinate the opening of new stores while traveling across the country.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in retail setup or fast-paced environments (e.g., fast food) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Language: Fluent English (mandatory).
- Valid driving license is required.
- Based in Bucharest or Cluj metropolitan area and available for frequent travel.
Travel Highlights:
- Weekly travel (Monday–Friday) across the country considering the store opening plans.
- Travel in various countries across Europe during the onboarding plan (6 months).
- Accommodation, transportation and meal related expenses fully covered during trips.

- Oversee and organize the end-to-end setup process for new store openings.
- Ensure store layouts adhere to Action’s concept and operational standards.
- Handle logistics, stock deliveries, and equipment management during openings.
- Provide on-site training and support to store teams during setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve annual expansion targets.
