Knowledge and experience:

- Bachelor's degree;
- Previous experience in real estate for at least 1-2 years (mandatory);
- Experience in working with suppliers in this field;
- Very good knowledge of the administrative processes with governmental and semi-governmental institutions in this field (urbanism certificates, building permits, utilities agreements);
- Very good knowledge of the real estate market and of the specific processes in this field (maintenance, rental, real estate administration, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet browsers;
- Driving license category B.

The Real Estate Administrator will be in charge of the administration of the properties, making sure that they comply with regulations and are well maintained.

The Real Estate Administrator will be in charge of the administration of the properties, making sure that they comply with regulations and are well maintained.
Core responsibilities:
- Keep in touch with customers (tenants) and repair service providers to ensure that the properties are maintained in accordance with the company's requirements and the required standards; Ensure that all payments made by customers (tenants) are made within the set deadlines, and taxes / rents are collected and cashed in time;
- Manage construction and refurbishment maintenance projects, obtains building permits, town planning certificates, various specific documents from authorized public institutions (such as City Hall, Cadastre, Finance, etc.); Keep in touch with builders or third parties with whom you collaborate to carry out various maintenance and repair work on buildings;
- Promote properties for rent, and ensure that they are redeemed under the best possible conditions;
- Manage the relationship with customers from the scheduling and meeting stage to the placement of future tenants, developing and finalizing the documents associated with these operations accordingly;
- You will be responsible for the correct and timely preparation of the documents accompanying the transactions performed (rental, sub-lease agreements, reports, valuables, etc.), keeping and archiving them in good conditions.
