Requirements:
- Strong experience with Genesys PureCloud (administration, integrations, APIs, and trunking).
- Proficiency in Avaya PBX systems (ACD, trunking protocols, and Avaya CMS).
- Expertise in log analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and attend on-site meetings in Bucharest as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Asterisk.
- Familiarity with Infinity systems.

- Administer and support Genesys PureCloud, including system configurations, integrations, APIs, Architect Flows, and SIP trunking.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Avaya PBX systems, including ACD (Avaya Site Administration), general trunking (SIP, E1, H323), and Avaya CMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues.
- Perform system upgrades, configurations, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients through emails and meetings.
