Job Description
How you will contribute
You will:
•Coordinate supply planning activities while fostering strong connections with various departments such as Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales & Category Planning
•Utilize forecast plans & inventory policies to oversee replenishment of assigned product groups, aiming to minimize short shelf-life risks, reduce costs & maximize product availability within optimal inventory levels
•Collaborate with HUBs to establish & agree upon optimal stock levels for allocated product portfolios
•Identify & address issues related to slow-moving products during stakeholder meetings
•Generate ATP stock check reports & communicate availability status to relevant teams to preemptively address any potential issues
•Streamline processes with Mondelez Plants & Co-Manufacturers to enhance supply chain efficiency.
•Ensure timely & accurate data submission for weekly replenishment cycles & monitor production plans against forecasts initiating corrections when necessary
•Submit KPI reports promptly to identify challenges & facilitate smooth communication within Customer Service & Logistics
•Continuously evaluate & enhance tools, reports & processes
•Conduct simulations to optimize SKU coverage & provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
•Manage stock coverage during sales activities & provide reason codes for product unavailability driven by production issues
•Prioritize shipments from production facilities to warehouses, distribution centers, co-packers, & customers daily
•Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products to align with commercial plans
•Develop both routine & ad-hoc supply-related reports for local stakeholders
•Issue forecast error & bias and share output with appropriate leadership
