- Proven working experience as a project manager or Sourcing specialist in similar business.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for product groups: furniture fittings, hardware and components
- Sharing product and market knowledge to related people, saving information on the server.
- Supplier negotiations and evaluations; Prices, payment terms, master data, order size and packing size etc.
- Update supplier information in the supplier list.
- Identify and implement potential cost savings and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure that our company values, requirements, quality level etc. are communicated well to suppliers and other cooperation partners.
- Make sure that suppliers follow IWAY and implement changes if needed.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Ensure a detailed project plan to track progress
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers.
- Co-visit/visit suppliers (depending on candidate profile)
- Prepare supplier contract and tooling contracts
- Support logistics if supplier delays or with other commercial issues.
- KPI for suppliers and evaluation
- Participate/visit exhibitions in Europe
- Make supplier strategy for own suppliers.
- Ad hoc task given by manager
