As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst Europe & MEA you will co-ordinate and integrate materials information and financial flows in a network consisting of suppliers, manufacturers and distributors. You will conduct and/or manage strategic supply chain analysis, identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the business. Support EMEA Supply/Materials organizations with the preparation of common reports, vendor performance, commodity trends etc. Train users, collect, and compile Inflation Model data from all EMEA locations, and submit to EPM/Corporate as required. Lead implementation efforts with MIN and Emerson Inflation Model Program.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Act as a EMEA lead person in compiling reporting; provide support to Emerson /EPM on Emerson Inflation Model program; Create reports and/or graphs regarding Sites data and Supplier Performance Reports, and other custom reports as needed
* Responsible for month end close reporting, consolidation and integrity of data; Collect and verify accuracy of all data submissions received from all MSOL EMEA locations using spreadsheets, price change forms etc.
* Support the Supply Chain Management with analysis and reporting of global material sourcing activities; Complete special projects as necessary to align with Emerson/EPM/RMT and other requirements
* Provide training to RMD EMEA locations as necessary to allow them to become more self-sufficient in their data analysis needs; Inflation Model reporting for EMEA; Keep the PVL (Preferred Vendor List) updated and communicated within RMT EMEA
* Interact with RMT EMEA Supply Chain teams; identify and support initiatives relating to commodities; Identify and analyze trends relating to direct and indirect material; Responsible for MIN feeding to Emerson Corporate/EPM/RMT
* MIN training and authorization of new users; Take actions and make recommendations for improvements in the Supply Chain reporting area

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations
* Fluent in English
* Power BI - medium level; Excel knowledge
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; High communication skills in an international environment; Target oriented, Team working and Teaching skills
* Tact and diplomacy are required in relations to internal customers; Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Experience of analytical work in a similar position; Able to identify areas for improvements, processes and recommend changes, solutions
* Highly computer minded and documented experience from working with complex databases
