Technical Knowledge:
Languages: English – advanced level.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CAFR) is a plus.
- Membership: CECCAR membership (advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting and taxation.
- Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS) and local tax legislation.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Processes & Management:
- Ensure accurate and complete recording of financial transactions in SAP, in compliance with accounting and tax regulations;
- Provide support in the monthly and annual closing of accounts as well as annual budgets and financial forecasts;
- Supervise financial statements preparation with external supplier (balance sheet, profit and loss account) and ensure timely delivery;
- Incorporate group guidelines and requirements into local processes;
- Ensure AR/AP process for timely collections and payments.
Taxes and Levies:
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of tax calculations and payments (e.g., TVA, corporate tax, etc.);
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns and their submission to the competent authorities;
- Responsible in relation with RO Fiscal platform, ANAF ( e.g. RO E Factura/RO E Transport ).
Internal and External Audits:
- Actively participate in internal and external audits, providing support to audit teams and supplying necessary documents;
- Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations and improve internal financial processes.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Monitor and implement legislative changes that affect the company’s financial and accounting activities.
