- Engineer/ Master’s degree in Logistics / SCM / Manufacturing Engineering;
- Strong analytical and problems skills. Self-organized, structured/methodical, takes initiative;
- You have very strong knowledge of SAP;

Job Description
As SCM Process Optimization Engineer (Launch Management & Packaging Engineering) you wil have the following activities:
- Understand and apply customer guidelines and ITAF requirement;
- In-time solving of project related Logistics tasks within new customer projects (CPAE Projects);
- Contact person for different stakeholder (Supplier, Internal, Customer) for Supply Chain related topics;
- Development of Logistics business cases (concept and cost investigation);
- Coordinate with the customers in order to develop mass production, alternative and spare part packaging concepts in time for SOP, and prepare the work instructions for the workers;
- Support and approve supplier packaging for all raw materials in order to optimize both packaging and transport costs;
- Maintain packaging specifications in the systems for both raw materials and finished goods(SAP, INFOR, etc);
- Prepare business cases for potential improvements(ex: returnable packaging implementation);
- Drive the continuous improvement projects;
- Drive EOP/SOP/Change management for raw materials and in house productions parts;
- Ensure the achievement of the following KPI: achievement of project milestones / O Premium freight / O Obsoletes.
