Job Description
General Responsabilities
- Promotes, presents and assures the sales of services specific to the hospitality industry.
- Assures the continuity of existing partnerships and strives to obtain new ones
- Prepares sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders);
- Closely monitors industry trends and proposes ways to enhance the quality of services / volume of sales.
- Collects, summarizes and transmits the necessary information for groups / events to other departments
- Collaborates with the other departments of the hotel for seamless completion of the services contracted by partners
- Resolves any complaint signaled by the partners, in a professional and elegant manner, according to the 5* services the company provides.
- Represents the hotel at industry events / meetings with partners when needed.
- Is deeply familiar with the hotel’s facilities in order to provide personalized recommendations that best suit our partner’s needs.
- Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
