As a Sales and Sales Operations Program Manager, you will be primarily responsible to facilitate the Agile Release Train events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate obstacles, help manage risk and drive relentless improvement alongside having a solid understanding of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and the opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information sources.
* Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs).
* Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.
* Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
* Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and approaches.
* Foster communities of best practice and the use of engineering and quality practices.

Who You Are:

You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent.
* Solid understanding of Business Analysis and Agile principles.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of report writing and database principles.
* English language proficiency (read/written/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Other European languages.
* Experience working in a matrix organization.
