Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Audit, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas)
- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Job Description
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Process financial data and generate reports on key indicators, such as balance sheets, cash flow, profit and loss, and asset tracking.
- Contract & Database Management: Ensure the timely registration and tracking of essential contract details (grain sales, leasing, insurance, equipment transactions, etc.).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to budget planning, updates, and financial forecasts.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with leasing companies, insurers, brokers, and logistics service providers.
- Customer Relations: Support interactions with grain traders and customers to facilitate sales and deliveries.
- Audit Support: Participate in audits and support related processes.
- Inventory Management: Take part in inventory review and management activities.
- Team Support: Offer guidance and support to colleagues on related activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to simplify, automate, and improve current processes.
