Job summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with strategic clients, wholesalers and pharmacy networks. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, market penetration, and customer satisfaction withing the assigned region.

Key responsibilities:
- Sales strategy and planning:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans in line with the company’s overall sales strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy and medical device sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.Team leadership and development:
- Recruit, train and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities.Client and distributor management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and wholesalers, distributors and sub-distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.Product promotion and education:
- Oversee the promotion of medical devices in pharmacy chains, coordinate consumer activation campaign with company strategy.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.Reporting and analysis:
- Track and analyze regional sales performance against targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure product availability.
