Job Description
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
Fluency (written & spoken) in Romanian and English languages,
BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects,
Min. 4 years’ experience in project management, construction management and supervision
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage,
Fluency in reading technical drawings,
Driving license,
Travel flexibility,
Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centers, or retail chains will be a great advantage.
Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork,
Negotiation skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating and supervising of negotiation, design and construction process of new stores
Opening new stores in line with planned time schedule and budget
Negotiating technical specifications with Landlords representatives
Verifying technical conditions of the premises for the potential stores
Developing preliminary investment budget
Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process
Coordinating design process
Supervision over the project in accordance with lease agreements and LPP technical standards
Technical acceptance of the stores
Technical and financial verification of subcontractor offers
Handing over stores to Sales Department
Preparation of reports / summaries of ongoing projects
Formal and financial settlement of the projects
