Requirements
  • University or college degree. Engineering would be an advantage.
  • Residence in Bucharest.
  • Previous work experience in Customer Service or Back Office in a related field (sales, industrial production) will be considered as a plus.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Able to manage highly demanding situations.
  • Computer skills, MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Foreign languages skills: Good English language skills mandatory (writing, reading and speaking). Other languages will be a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities/ Accomplishments

Main characteristics, tasks and functions:
  • Identify the costumer’s application and needs, establish the product to be offered and also the price and delivery terms, following price-making procedures for each product category, for the standard and non-standard company’s products (bearings)
  • Register all data via company's ERP-Management of orders in the company’s dedicated database (offer -selection of the product which best meets customers’ needs, order confirmations, picking lists for warehouse, request product quality controls to the company’s warehouses and staff and keep track of them, send offers/order confirmations to the clients, issue documents, monitoring of payments, etc.)
  • Identify and select the relevant technical specifications (drawings, technical fiches) to meet customers’ requests, looking up in company’s and competitors’ catalogues and other technical publications for product identification, equivalence and interchangeability.
  • Stock management: stock balancing distribution between all company’s various warehouses, including those of the distributors, according to sold items/ possible future sales, evaluate and decide what items to be produced according to the offers /orders registered, but also considering total item consumption and other estimations/reports; send order proposals and precise indications for the future production plan to purchase department, prevent at all times products shortages.
  • Management of customers’ requests (orders changes, additional requests, complaints), evaluation of customers’ general condition of contracts for compliance reasons
  • Telephone exchange operations and various other back-office tasks
