Job Description
•Program duration: Three years
•Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments. Two assignments will be within operations management within manufacturing or supply chain teams. One assignment will be in commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.
•Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
•Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
•Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
•Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Plant Manager, Supply Chain Director)
