We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with inventory management, and contribute in other projects. This role requires the following:
- Proactiveness and very good organizational skills.
- Analytical and multitasking aptitudes.
- Abilty to work under pressure and result oriented in timely dedlines.
- Problem solving
- Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Romanian and English.
- Previous experience working in administrative field of minimum 2 years.

Main responsbilities:

- Work with suppliers to order stock and ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
- Maintain an organized inventory storage area and update related records.
- Support project planning by organizing documents, creating reports, and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
