Job Description
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global and regional gaming markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand preferences, behavior, and satisfaction. Develop customer personas and segmentations to guide targeted marketing efforts.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Data Collection: Utilize various data collection methods, such as surveys, focus groups, and online analytics tools, to gather relevant market data.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to align research findings with business strategies. Provide input on product development and marketing campaigns based on research insights.
