Job Description

We're seeking a Training and Development Specialist to plan and organize employee training programs. This role involves collaborating with internal and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and coordinating logistical arrangements, but also maintain the training database. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in HR or training administration, advanced English skills, strong organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Plan and organize training sessions and development programs for employees.
* Collaborate with internal and external training suppliers.
* Monitor and ensure the quality of training sessions, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate logistical arrangements for training events (conference rooms, hotels, meals, transfers).
* Manage orders for training materials and supplies.
* Ensure proper documentation and contractual agreements for training sessions.
* Update and operate within training-related applications and systems.
* Organize and promote foreign language courses and Microsoft Office suite training.
* Act as an internal facilitator for various training programs.
* Support the implementation of company development programs for leaders and employees.
* Prepare and distribute training-related communications and reports.
* Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and persuasively within a team.
* Adaptability to dynamic environments and changing tasks.
* Ability to analyze information, synthesize insights, and present them clearly to diverse audiences, both face-to-face and virtually.
* Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* A degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of experience in HR or training administration.
* Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computer usage (Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet navigation, Generating Reports) and advanced English language skills (written, read, spoken).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and persuasively within a team.
* Ethical conduct, demonstrating integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Resilience to fatigue and the ability to handle intellectual demands and repetitive tasks efficiently.
* Analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and present them clearly to diverse audiences, both face-to-face and virtually.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
* Experience in organizing and facilitating training sessions/ corporate events.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Oracle Learn) and SharePoint.
* Previous experience working within a corporate environment, particularly in a multinational setting.
* Knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
