- Advanced MS Office tools

Job Description
Job description - As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with current and /or new customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying clients’ needs and preparing tailored solutions and commercial offers
- Achieving monthly sales targets according with the yearly budget
- Ensuring that the development of the contract is in accordance with the agreed terms and proposing tailor-made actions in order to obtain qualitative and quantitative KPI`s
- Establish and prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for sharing with internal/external parties
- Focus on seeking new business opportunities for assigned clients or new customers
- Active part in contract negotiations
- Identify & drive operational improvements / changes towards service excellence
- Ensure the coordination of the merchandising team in the assigned clients
- Resolve any issue faced by customers in order to maintain trust and build a strong relationship
- Play an active role in order to maintain a respectful and collaborating work environment.
