Ideal Candidate
- Good command of the French language, both written and verbal (at least B1+ level)
- Availability to work in 12 hour shifts - including night and weekend shifts
- Outstanding surveillance and observation skills
- Written and spoken English language (B1)

- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Description
- Supply 24/7 support desk, using email and phone communication methods.
- Monitor clients’ IT infrastructure components using specific monitoring tools and applications
- Triage incoming alerts using the Customer’s network monitoring toolset
- For identified monitoring alerts, log and escalate incidents according to existing documentation, in a timely manner
- Respond to and escalate clients’ requests (telephone or email) according to defined processes
- Maintain an activity log, prepare and send reports within agreed deadlines
