HR Tech Consultant
The People & Organisation team leverages the knowledge, skills, and potential of eMAG colleagues to become the largest online retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.
Named HR in other companies, eMAG's People & Organisation team ensures that, as the business grows rapidly, eMAG remains an entrepreneurial and agile organization where everyone feels they have the opportunity to do things with impact and have a growth prospect.
The HR Tech Consultant will be part of an agile People Analytics, Tech & AI team and will have the mission to grow the tech-stack of the People & Organisation department through building integrations, optimizing flows in HR systems, leveraging partnerships with providers and offering consultancy to users & stakeholders.
@People Analytics, Tech & AI we:
✅Grow engagement & performance through People analytics and HR technology;
✅Understand the business needs for which we develop people analytics reports, analyses, features and processes to address these needs, and to reveal insights that support decisions impacting people of all eMAG Group;
✅Understand employee needs and develop towards a better and integrated experience, using the current technology and new technologies (like AI);
✅Design organizational processes for engagement, performance, OKRs, feedback, recognition and others;
✅Set workflows for data collection, data administration and data manipulation and configure integrations between platforms for an integrated use;
✅Develop Analytics and Automation tools using QlikView, QlikSense, Dremio, Python and Excel;
✅Manage the majority of HR platforms, from contract handling to flow setting and internal-customer support, acting as owners for continuous improvement;
✅Use an iterative mindset to build qualitative products faster;
✅Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
✅Work in an agile environment, with a focus on iterative development.
What you will do?
✅Manage the HR platforms: contracts, partnership with providers, integrations and flows implementation, improvements of experience and flows, user management, support, issues that can appear, documentation;
✅Stakeholder & Client management that includes demos, consultancy, guidance, partnerships and status, to maximize the use of the platforms;
✅Track key metrics of usage and relevance of the platforms in administration and plan improvements accordingly;
✅Research the market for the best tools and technology we need in HR and build Business Cases where is needed to change or implement new technologies or tools, internal or external;
✅Manage internal developed automations (using Python) for HR flows and implement new ones where is needed, to ease up flows and ways of working across department;
✅Closely collaborate with all HR Teams, in all countries, in all companies across group, and with Engineering teams, for constantly improving the tech-stack and the workflows that use applications;
✅Understand business development directions and work with the manager and colleagues towards them.
