Ideal Candidate
- Previous proven experience working in a high-end restaurant or bar or luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
- Certification from a recognized bar training program is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge about wines and spirits, food, and afternoon tea concept
- Knowledge of operating Micros and the P.O.S. system
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Keen understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards.
