Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- H&S Compliance: Ensure all employees and contractors comply with H&S policies and procedures.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct and verify risk assessments for all on-site activities, ensuring all control measures are in place.
- Training & Awareness: Organize and deliver H&S training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Audit & Reporting: Support internal/external audits and ensure completion of any corrective actions. Prepare and submit reports on H&S performance and incidents.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for H&S matters with authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical, engineering, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: H&S Specialist (80h training) and internal ISO 45001 auditor certification are preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and intermediate knowledge of English.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, proactive, and strong communicator.
