Job Description
- Supervise Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Conference and Banqueting
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Control and report monthly stock take
- Recruit, supervise, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Ensure that monthly working schedules are made and maintained in accordance with local legislation
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted
- Continuously follow market trends
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and labor law
