Job Description
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary and professional management of the service technicians in the field
- Daily exchange with service technicians from your own station through ongoing performance monitoring
- Carrying out appraisal interviews for employee appraisal and derivation of appropriate measures
- Development of your teams
- Ensuring an optimal team combination for efficient order processing
- Carrying out instructions and ensuring working safety including accident analyses
- Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements
- Identification of the training needs of the fitters and planning of participation in trainings
- Reporting to the management of the team subregion AT/CH/EE and derivation of measures from KPIs
- Transparent communication to service technicians through regular fitter meetings
- Coordination and collaboration with different departments and subregionstravel planning for the service team
