Ideal Candidate
4-5 year experience on a similar role.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility maintenance processes.
English language proficiency: B2 level.
Hands-on experience with technical equipment maintenance and repair.
Strong knowledge in facility and property management, construction procedures, business practices, safety and fire codes.
Excellent time management skills; able to organize and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability for business travel.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with business needs and priorities.
Ensure the proper functionality of facility operations, including building maintenance, security and installations under safe and cost-efficient conditions.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
Initiate the scheduling of repairs, maintenance and other facility services.
Lead and oversee building renovation projects, ensuring effective collaboration and support from the team.
Track and report by maintaining accurate records regarding timelines, costs and any warranties for maintenance, repairs, services, and supplies.
Maintain high professional standard relations with vendors, contractors and service providers.
Ensures compliance with legal norms regarding the confidentiality and security of data and information.
