We are looking for a Digital Specialist to work in the marketing department, looking over City Grill Group’s digital assets and channels, supporting the overall communication efforts and online presence.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital or performance agencies, digital performance departments, data analyses departments or equivalents.
- You understand how business objectives are translated into marketing objectives and developed as digital campaign goals.
- You know your way through different platforms and technologies and are curious to learn more.
- You are familiar working with Google Analytics, Google ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- You know how to prioritise and differentiate what matters, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- You take your work seriously; you are autonomous and able to work efficiently in a team.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and able to see new, creative ways to drive results while having fun.
- Interested in the Hospitality industry and Restaurants’ segment.
- A growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.

- Work with multiple websites for City Grill’s brands: update content, create briefs for new landing pages, lead generation forms etc; you’ll need good knowledge of working with WordPress theme websites
- Update online content for each brand in the portfolio: Google Business Page, TripAdvisor, etc.
- Good knowledge of how Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms are working and how you can benefit the best practices for successful campaigns focused on lead generation and digital sales.
- Good knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and inform future strategies.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with brand objectives.
- Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology, market research and competitors’ analysis
- Work closely with external collaborators for different services: SEO, SEM, hosting, web dev, web design etc;
- Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools - track and monitor campaign reports & KPIs, provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills. You’ll be working closely with Brand Managers and other external collaborators (social media, agencies and freelancers) therefore, you need to have a collaborative approach and an autonomous drive to keep projects on the run.
