Job Description
Receives and processes all requests from internal and external customers by telephone or e-mail in the work systems;
Send offers by phone and e-mail to the new customers and to those with expired, terminated or old contracts, according to the company's commercial policy;
Draws up and signs contracts with new customers and those with expired, terminated or old contracts, according to the company's commercial policy;
Manages framework contacts with clients (drafting, completing, signing, stamping, sending via e-mail or courier, until their physical archiving and server);
Updates the customer database with specific information and logistical changes, respectively from the contract and annexes;
Constructively resolves all types of complaints and claims;
Solves financial-administrative requests - sends copies of invoices, account slips, contracts and additional documents or annexes related to collections;
Follow up on each request received and inform the client continuously on the progress of the solution of his requests;
Collaborates with all the departments involved for detailed information in order to solve customer requests and increase the quality of the service offered;
Receives and redirects customer calls to internal departments of the company, according to the specificity of the customer request.
Tracks open orders in the system and closes situations with a solution.
Enters new customers into the system and customer identification data into the database and updates it continuously.

The working schedule is 5 days a week, Monday-Friday between 9-17.
Transportation from the Aurel Vlaicu metro station to the office is provided(around 10 minutes) , as well as a meal provided at the office and private medical insurance at Regina Maria.
