Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;
- Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);
- Cases of successful LTV and Retention Rate improvement;
- A great understanding of casino and players;
- A good understanding of casino industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);
- Ability to prioritse and organise operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;
- Knowledge of HTML would be a plus;
- High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy across management reporting;
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
Job Description

- Organization of the full range of communications with players at all stages of the customer journey map (CJM);
- Segmentation and analysis of player behavior;
- Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key casino metrics to understand campaign success and improvements;
- Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush;
- Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.
