Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow;
  • Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);
  • Cases of successful LTV and Retention Rate improvement;
  • A great understanding of casino and players;
  • A good understanding of casino industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.);
  • Ability to prioritse and organise operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines;
  • Knowledge of HTML would be a plus;
  • High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy across management reporting;
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute impactful casino promotion campaigns;
  • Organization of the full range of communications with players at all stages of the customer journey map (CJM);
  • Segmentation and analysis of player behavior;
  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis, focusing on key casino metrics to understand campaign success and improvements;
  • Customize campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush;
  • Collaborate closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.
