- You must be a degree qualified engineer/ land surveyor, with experience of setting out using.
- Total Station & GPS surveying equipment on large construction projects.
- You must be safety focused on your work.
- Experience in construction abroad would be an advantage.
- Available to start May 2025 in Ireland.

Your duties will include:
- The daily setting-out of all aspects on large construction sites such as pre-cast, concrete frame, steel structures, blockwork on apartment developments, office buildings, hotels, datacentres ranging from €50m to €200m in the Dublin area.
- Ensure that the drawings, details and specifications are fully adhered too on site. Engaging with design teams to overcome any problems or issues that arise during course of construction.
- Site diary management and weekly progress reports.
- Some minor supervision of the various subcontractors on site.
- Liaising with site management to ensure the smooth running and management of the project.
- Material and quality control and management.
- Excellent salary of minimum € 3 500 per month after tax. Overtime may be available.
- We will organise and subsidise your Accommodation (which you will need to pay for)
- Flight to Ireland and collection at airport
- Transport to and from work when in Ireland
- Irish bank account and tax number
