Ideal Candidate
3+ years of work experience in leading teams and driving performance in contact centers or related industry
Previous similar experience with dialing apps
Previous similar experience with AI Chatbot, Helpcentre will be considered a plus
Highly developed communications, motivation and operations skills
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of sales techniques and rules of working on outbound calls
Result orientation, experience in working with KPIs
Proven ability to work effectively with individual contributors, management and cross departments
Working experience in an international environment will be considered a plus
Job Description
Selection, training and motivation of a collection team, those under your command
Monitoring and ensuring the performance indicators of the team
Monitoring the performance of the system and formulating proposals for improving the processes.
The preparation, analysis and delivery of reports can be daily/weekly or monthly.
And you will talk weekly with those from the group in English.
Emphasis is placed on tracking KPIs, attendance, listening to calls, knowing how to manage a team in training.
