Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school degree;
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- HR background is an advantage.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPTX);
- Ability to work under the time pressure;
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels;
- Strong analytical acumen.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track productivity KPIs in assigned bases;
- Conduct in-depth well-being interviews with employees;
- Prepare detailed and confidential summaries;
- Maintain and update trackers, generating insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation;
- Administration of local HR and base tasks (newcomers, exits papers, contract distribution & collection, local administrative processes, keeping record of local crew files and documents, etc);
- Administration of incoming post;
- Maintaining the office supply inventory;
- Maintaining office equipment;
- Managing company benefits.
