 Operation Manager.  
 
     
  Looking for variety and challenge? We need your organizational skills to keep our facility running smoothly. As head of HR planning and development, you will create and implement staff motivation schemes; you will also be responsible for keeping our production plan on track and constantly optimizing our work processes, and will monitor our budget planning and report as necessary. All your activities share a common goal: to make us even more efficient tomorrow than we are today.

Applicants must have a technical or business economics degree and at least five years’ experience in the field. A sound grasp of English and German is also required. The successful candidate will be a clear, methodical thinker who can plan ahead, yet still remain flexible.
